It's not about what business do you have but about what service you can give to your customers. The 1st time we stepped in, a guy approached us immediately and helped us until we leave with the stuff on our hand and smile on our face because of happy with the service and display was great.

Today I brought in a trimmer to be repaired, the string needed to be replaced but the cap wouldn't come off the trimmer head. They took it to the back for a few minutes, fixed it on the spot, put in new string and didn't charge me for labour. Now that's great service!
